Grammy Award-Winning Artist Durand Bernarr Live at the Lawrenceville Arts Center on April 11

Leading the way for many LAC-presented performances ahead
The Lawrenceville Arts Center is excited to announce that Grammy Award-winning artist Durand Bernarr will perform live at the Lawrenceville Arts Center on Saturday, April 11, 2026, with special guest and opening artist Summer Joy.
Durand Bernarr is a GRAMMY Award-winning singer, songwriter and creative visionary, earning his first Grammy Award for Best Progressive R&B Album for BLOOM. Bernarr’s album BLOOM received three GRAMMY nominations including Best Progressive R&B Album, Best Traditional R&B Performance for “Here We Are” and Best R&B Song for “Overqualified,” establishing BLOOM as one of the most critically celebrated R&B projects of the year.
Known for his electrifying stage presence, dynamic vocal range, and genre-blending sound, Bernarr has captivated audiences around the world with a style that merges soul, funk, R&B, and contemporary performance artistry. His performances are celebrated for their high energy, vocal excellence, and bold creativity, making this show a must-see event for music lovers across the region.
This special performance takes place on the same day as the City of Lawrenceville’s award-winning event, The Lawrenceville Boogie, a signature Downtown Lawrenceville music festival that brings live performances to multiple stages across the downtown district. In addition to Bernarr’s performance at the Lawrenceville Arts Center, the festival lineup will feature an exciting mix of artists, including Say She She, Arkose, 12Eleven, Sallie, Desmond Myers, Katherine Jovanni, and AllanOnSax.
The Durand Bernarr concert will take place at the Lawrenceville Arts Center, a premier performing arts destination located in the heart of Downtown Lawrenceville. The venue has become a cultural hub for live performances, community programming, and artistic expression throughout Gwinnett County.

Tickets for the performance, starting at $38, will be available for purchase beginning Monday, March 16 at . Guests are encouraged to secure their tickets early, as this special performance is expected to sell quickly.
