About
This Christmas Teatro Aurora’s Club Babalú is inspired by the Puerto Rican tradition of Parranda. Sometimes compared to carolers, the Parranda is more raucous and festive. Traditionally the trulla, or group of revelers, will sneak up to a house usually very late or in the middle of the night and surprise the unsuspecting family with holiday singing. The result is an impromptu late night Christmas party with lots of music and joy. Joining Frankie and the Atlanta Sala All-Stars are powerhouse vocalists Jacky Seguí and Lilliangina Quiñones and although they won’t be sneaking to your house, they are bringing authentic island holiday vibes to the LAC!
