The Lawrenceville Arts Center is expanding its programming with the addition of two new partners. Southern Ballet Theatre and the Lawrenceville Symphony Orchestra join Aurora Theatre as resident partners, broadening the range of performances and arts experiences available to the community. The Lawrenceville Symphony Orchestra, a professional regional orchestra serving Northeast Georgia, will become the resident symphony orchestra of the Lawrenceville Arts Center. This multi-partner approach reflects the City’s model for the Art Center as a shared venue supporting multiple organizations and a diverse range of programming.

These partnerships highlight the Lawrenceville Arts Center’s collaborative approach, uniting organizations with unique artistic voices to create more opportunities for residents and visitors to experience the arts. Programming across the Arts Center will include ballet, orchestral performances, theatrical productions, and collaborative experiences, continuing to build an active and well-rounded calendar of events.

Since opening, the Lawrenceville Arts Center has welcomed audiences to a growing calendar of performances, exhibitions, and community events. The addition of the Southern Ballet Theatre and the Lawrenceville Symphony Orchestra builds on this momentum, reinforcing the Art Center’s role as an active, evolving venue with consistent and expanding offerings. The City of Lawrenceville continues to operate the Arts Center with a focus on stability and long-term sustainability. Through this model, the Lawrenceville Arts Center cultivates partnerships with established arts organizations and supports diverse programming that reflects community interests, while contributing to the region’s arts landscape.
